Step 1: Select Your Tests

Whether you're partaking in a citizen science experiment, or just looking to get some additional markers to go over with your doctor, there's plenty of tests waiting on the Shop page. As soon as you have the items you'd like to order added to your cart, you're ready to checkout.

Step 2: Fill Out Your Information

Once on the checkout page, fill out the required fields. This information is needed in order to return the proper reference ranges, and so we can email you your lab order form.

Note: Due to state laws regarding private lab ordering, we cannot fulfill orders intended to be redeemed in, or with addresses originating from Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, or Rhode Island.

Step 2a: (Optional) Submit Your Anonymous Data

If you would like, you can opt-in to the Citizen Science Discount for 10% off your order via the checkbox at checkout. By default, orders are not opted in, and choosing to participate is completely optional.

One of the biggest reasons we started this service is to provide an anonymous data pool to the scientific community, so if you would like to read more about it in the mean time, please read the terms and conditions for more details.

Step 3: Print Out Your Lab Order Form

After you checkout, you'll receive an email with a PDF of your lab order form within one business day. This form must be printed (not in digital form) and brought with you to your local testing site at the time of your blood draw.

Note: If it has been more than one business day and you don't see the email with your lab order make sure to check the spam/junk folder in your email. If you're having trouble locating it, please don't hesitate to reach out and we will re-send it to you directly for your convenience.

Step 4: Find Your Nearest Testing Location

Find your nearest testing location and either walk in, or schedule an appointment online. Check in at the kiosk, hand your lab order form to the attendant at the counter when you're called, and they'll take care of the rest.

Step 5: Enjoy Your Data

In a few days to a few weeks (depending on the tests ordered) you should receive your results via the method specified at checkout. These can be viewed, or downloaded, as desired so you can add them to your records, use them for citizen science experiments, or take them to your doctor for further interpretation.
